R. Edwin "Ed" Joyner, Attorney

R. Edwin "Ed" Joyner, founding partner in the Joyner Law Firm, has been practicing law in the State of Georgia since 1974 after receiving his law degree from Atlanta Law School. Ed is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court of Northern and Middle Georgia and the United States Supreme Court. Prior to founding the Joyner Law Firm, Ed served with Hansell, Post, Brandon & Dorsey working with titles and real property. In addition to his law degree, he also holds a Bachelors of History and Political Science from Georgia State University. Ed is a member of the State Bar of Georgia as well as the Clayton County Bar Association. Ed currently practices in the areas of civil litigation, domestic law, real property litigation and personal injury.

Sean H. Joyner, Attorney

Sean H. Joyner, partner in the Joyner Law Firm, has been practicing law in the State of Georgia since 2003 after receiving his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. Sean is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court of Northern Georgia, the Federal District Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Prior to joining the Joyner Law Firm, Sean served as the Assistant Solicitor-General for the Clayton County Judicial Circuit. In addition to his law degree, he also holds a Bachelors of Integrative Studies with an emphasis in Law from Clayton College and State University. Sean is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Clayton County Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Sean currently practices in the area of criminal defense as well as civil litigation and juvenile law.
